Used for sensitive bacteria
1., genitourinary infection, including simple and complex urinary tract infections, bacterial prostatitis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, urethritis or cervicitis (including those caused by enzyme producing strain).
2. respiratory tract infections, including acute bronchitis and pulmonary infection caused by sensitive gram-negative bacilli.
3. infection of the gastrointestinal tract was caused by Shigella, Salmonella, enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, aerophilic aerophilic and Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
4. typhoid fever.
5. infection of bone and joint.
6. skin soft tissue infection.
7. septicemia and other systemic infections.

[usage and dosage]
1. the common use of adult: 0.5~1.5g (2~6) a day, 2~3 times.
2. bone and joint infection: 1~1.5g (4~6) a day, 2~3 times, for 4~6 weeks or longer.
3. pneumonia and skin soft tissue infection: one day 1~1.5g (4~6), 2~3 times, course of 7~14 day.
4. intestinal infection: 1g (4 tablets) a day, 2 times, the course of 5~7 day.
5. typhoid fever: 1.5g (6 tablets) a day, 2~3 times, for 10~14 days.
6. urinary tract infection: acute simple lower urinary tract infection, 0.5g (2 tablets), 2 times a day, 5~7 days, complex urinary tract infection, one day 1g (4 tablets), 2 times, 7~14 days.
7. simple gonorrhea: a single oral administration of 0.5g (2 tablets).
[adverse reaction]
1. the gastrointestinal tract reaction is more common, which may be manifested by abdominal discomfort or pain, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting.
2. the central nervous system response can be dizzy, headache, sleepiness, or insomnia.
3. anaphylaxis: skin rash, skin pruritus, occasionally exudative erythema and vascular neurodropsy. A few patients have photosensitive reaction.
4. may occur:
(1) epileptic seizures, mental abnormality, fidgety, confusion of consciousness, hallucinations and tremors.
(2) hematuria, fever, rash and other interstitial nephritis.
(3) crystallized urine, often seen in high dose application.
(4) joint pain.
(5) phlebitis.
In 5. of the patients, serum aminotransferase was elevated, blood urea nitrogen increased and peripheral blood leucocyte decreased.
It is prohibited for patients allergic to this and quinolones.
